We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. If you fail to provide sufficient notice, a cancellation fee may be charged.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may cause you to arrive late for your appointment. However, please note that your appointment time may be shortened to accommodate other scheduled clients. Full payment for the original appointment time will still be required.
If you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment without any prior notice, a no-show fee may be charged. This fee compensates for the time and resources that were reserved for you.
We understand that sometimes you may need to reschedule your appointment. We allow a one-time rescheduling option without any penalty if you provide at least 24 hours' notice. Any subsequent rescheduling may incur a rescheduling fee.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who appears to be unwell.
Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, credit cards, and electronic payments. Any outstanding balances or fees must be settled before scheduling future appointments.
