The Ombre Powder is a semi-permanent tattoo with faded fronts and crisp dark tails. This technique involves the application of thousands of tiny, pigmented dots into the skin that gradually builds color and shape to the brows.
The pain level is different for every person. Topical numbing is given throughout the entire process to help ease any discomfort. On average, most clients feel minimal to no pain at all after numbing is given.

Henna Brow Tint FAQs
Henna is a natural dye that is derived from the leaves of the Lawsonia inermis plant. It has been used for centuries in various cultures for its coloring and medicinal properties. Henna powder is made by drying, grinding, and sifting the leaves into a fine powder.
When mixed with liquid, such as water or lemon juice, henna powder forms a paste that can be applied to the skin, hair, or nails. The active compound in henna, called lawsone, binds to the proteins in these areas, resulting in a reddish-brown or orange stain.
Henna is commonly used for body art, such as intricate designs on the hands and feet, known as mehndi. It is also used for hair dyeing, giving a natural reddish tone to the hair. In recent years, henna has gained popularity for eyebrow tinting, providing a semi-permanent color to enhance and define the brows.
In addition to its coloring properties, henna is believed to have cooling and soothing effects on the skin and can be used for its medicinal benefits. However, it is important to note that henna quality and safety can vary, and precautions should be taken to ensure the use of pure and safe henna products.
The main difference between henna and regular eyebrow tint lies in the ingredients and longevity of the color.
Henna is a natural plant-based dye derived from the Lawsonia inermis plant. It has been used for centuries to dye hair and skin. Henna has a reddish-brown or orange color and is known for its temporary staining properties. When applied to the eyebrows, henna can provide a semi-permanent tint that lasts for about 1 to 2 weeks on the skin and up to 6 weeks on brow hairs. It is a popular choice for those who prefer a natural and organic option.
On the other hand, regular eyebrow tint, also known as synthetic or chemical tint, is typically made from a blend of dyes and chemicals. It is available in a wider variety of colors, allowing for more customization to match different hair shades and preferences. Regular eyebrow tint usually lasts for about 3 to 4 weeks, gradually fading as the brow hairs naturally shed and grow.
Both henna and regular eyebrow tint can enhance the appearance of the eyebrows by adding depth, definition, and color. The choice between the two depends on individual preferences, desired longevity, and sensitivity to certain ingredients. It is recommended to consult with a professional technician to determine the best option for your specific needs.
Henna typically lasts on the skin or brows for about 1 to 2 weeks. The longevity of henna can vary depending on various factors, including the individual's skin type, the area of application, and how well the henna is cared for after application. Generally, henna on the skin tends to fade faster compared to henna on the brows due to regular washing and exfoliation. It is important to note that henna colors may darken initially after application and then gradually lighten over time.
